Shoe Raffle Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • The raffle draw is free and open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 and above participating in https://shaunacasio.online and partner events.

2. Raffle Mechanics

   • Entry into the raffle draw is free. To enter, participants must complete the online forms provided.
   • Each participant is only allowed one entry. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
   • Each participant should key in the correct information (name, email, contact) for verification purposes.

3. Prize

   • The prize for the raffle is as shown in the online form provided, or another item of equal or greater value, or whichever is available (model, size and color) at the time or procurement should the sponsor choose to replace it due to availability.

4. Raffle Draw Date

   • The raffle will be conducted during the event date when online form was provided, and winners will be notified via the group Facebook page and/or via Whatsapp within the same day. Results will be also be shared to the groups via email and/or Whatsapp.

5. Right to Amend

   • The sponsor reserves the right to amend the raffle draw, including prize changes or other terms, without prior notice. Any changes will ensure that the replacement prize is of the same or higher value or whichever  is available (model, size and color) at the time or procurement.

6. Indemnification

   • By entering the raffle, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsor, partners, and any associated companies, affiliates, or agents, from any liability or claim arising from the lawful conduct of this raffle.
   • This indemnification includes, but is not limited to, any claims of loss or damage resulting from the prize, participant’s conduct, or third-party actions in relation to the raffle.

7. Disqualification

   • The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions, using fraudulent methods, or participating in bad faith.

8. Marketing Consent

   • By entering this raffle, participants expressly consent to the sponsor and its partners using their contact details for marketing, promotional, and communication purposes. This includes receiving information about future promotions, products, and events via email, phone, or text.

9. Data Privacy and Sharing

   • By entering this raffle, participants consent to the collection of their personal data for the purposes of the raffle.
   • The sponsor may share participants’ contact information with its partners for marketing or promotional purposes. The sponsor will not be held liable for any third-party actions related to the use of shared data by partners.
   • The sponsor will comply with all requirements of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and by entering the raffle, participants agree to indemnify and hold the sponsor and its partners harmless against any claims or liability arising from PDPA breaches related to the voluntary provision of personal data by the participant.

10. Law and Jurisdiction

    • The raffle draw will be conducted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with the raffle will be governed by the laws of Singapore.
